Shipping & Processing Time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies, as all items are handmade.
-For custom orders, shipping can take 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of the item ordered. Some custom orders may only take a few days to make, and will ship out in 3-4 days. Again, the complexity of the order is the deciding factor on shipping time.
-For already made items, shipping will be 1-3 days.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Adara Selene Creations is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away. We will try to resolve any issue to the best of our ability! We want you to be completely happy, or we aren't happy.

Exchanges are accepted at your expense, within 14 days of receiving your item. Exclusions are applied, see below for more information.

We will happily repair/replace any damaged item within 2 weeks of purchase at our expense. Unless the damage occurred on your end. Then the expense will be buyers responsibility, but we will fix the damaged item. After the 2 weeks has commenced, buyer is responsible for shipping of the item both back to us, and back to buyer. After 30 days, we are no longer responsible for damaged items.

Please handle your pieces with care and store them properly so they do not become tarnished or damaged.

Cancellations are not accepted.
However, please contact us if there is any issue with your order.

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following cannot be returned:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Perishable products
-Digital downloads
-Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
