Adara Selene Creations

Hi, I’m Mary, the owner and creative mind behind Adara Selene Creations, also known as The ADHD of Creativity (yes, it’s real). 

I started this business out of a deep need to create in a body that doesn’t always cooperate. After emergency brain surgery that worsened my narcolepsy and left me with a traumatic brain injury, traditional work and constant output became unrealistic. Creativity became my language. A way to express myself when my body is exhausted, overstimulated, or simply not up for the world’s expectations. 

My work follows curiosity, not rules. There’s no single medium or formula, just whatever sparks my brain in the moment. Jewelry, apparel, fiber art, plant decor, resin, wood burnings, bookmarks, and more — each piece is eclectic, layered, and made with humor, intention, and heart.
